Grilled Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast grilled
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1/4 cup Tessemae Buffalo Sauce
- 1 package Green Giant Antioxidant Mixed vegetables.
- Avocado – optional
Directions:
- Grill your chicken. I only season mine with olive oil and salt.
- When making my basmati rice, I use organic chicken broth instead of water to add more flavor. I usually add an additional 1/2 cup to what the directions call for.
- Steam your veggies.
- Chop grilled chicken and combine all the ingredients.
- I use a generous amount of Buffalo sauce, but I also love spicy so be sure to do a taste test for the amount of spicy you like.
